Who We Are
DiPasqua Enterprises is one of the largest
franchisees within the SUBWAY system worldwide. We presently operate 80
plus locations in Orange, Seminole, Osceola, and Marion counties in
Central Florida with sales in excess of 40 million. We are a company
focused on people development, store development, and building financial
security for everyone on the team. We maintain some of the highest
average unit volumes in the chain and have received national recognition
for leadership, innovative store design, and other contributions to the

Our ongoing success can be credited to the quality of our people, the
values of our mission statement,
and our philosophy on management. We work with our managers to develop
an "owner attitude", to develop the mindset of the franchisee. We strive
for excellence in product quality and customer service. We practice open
book management and empower our managers with full responsibility for
their profit centers. Their compensation package is based in part on how
their restaurant performs, so there is financial reward for high
achievers. Our decision making process for promoting our people is
performance based, and they can grow at a pace commensurate to their
abilities and experience.
Our company has seen steady expansion over the years and will continue
that trend well into the future. Our plans are to develop new stores as
well as growth through acquisitions to reach our goals of $60,000,000 in
revenue and 108 locations by December, 2010.
