Overview
At DEI, we'll
provide you the tools and the opportunity to prove yourself as a
successful entrepreneur. We are looking for ambitious, upbeat, and
motivated individuals to join our team and take advantage of the
growth potential offered by our ongoing expansion. You can start
first as an Assistant Manager or, if experience warrants it, move
right into our management training program. One to three years of
management experience is required preferably in the food service
industry.
Prior SUBWAY or
other QSR experience is a real plus. DiPasqua Enterprises offers a
unique management position within the SUBWAY restaurant, with full
responsibility for your profit center. After a thorough training
course (which generally lasts up to eight weeks), you can be

Compensation for restaurant managers is salary based, but is
supplemented by a weekly and monthly bonus program based on cost
control and sales increases. Annual compensation range for DEI
managers is $30,000 - $65,000. Our benefits package is very

Description
Objective:
To maximize the profitability in their restaurant by increasing
sales while decreasing/maintaining costs.
Resources:
Upper Management Personnel, Training Department, SUBWAY Development
Field Staff, Home Office Coordinator, Marketing Department, and
SUBWAY Operations Manual
Responsibilities:
DEI managers have complete responsibility for the operation of their
profit center. Open book management gives them full profit & loss
control. In addition they are involved in marketing & sales
building, and the hiring, training, & development of their staff.
