Overview

Work your way up through our Levels of Service program to the exciting position of Assistant Manager. You can actually share in the management responsibilities with such duties as food cost analysis, ordering, scheduling, and new hire training. You can view a more detailed job description here.

Assistant managers start at $6.50/hour or higher and, with previous QSR experience and/or hard work, you'll be receiving pay increases quickly!

You'll enjoy all of the benefits of our sandwich artists, plus sick pay. As you learn and grow, you may have the opportunity to advance to the restaurant manager training program.

Description

Objective: To assist the restaurant manager in maximizing the profitability in their restaurant.

Resources: Store Manager, Training Staff, SUBWAY Development Field Staff, Home Office Coordinator, Marketing Department, SUBWAY Operations Manual

Responsibilities: Development all of the skills in the basics of restaurant operations, attaining and maintaining total customer satisfaction, product ordering & inventory, employee training & motivation, and restaurant compliance.
